Crawling and Sitting Together?

It is very late at night but Ezel still awake - refusing to sleep. Ken and I takes turns to soothe her to sleep but she is still very enegetic. She been rubbing her eyes for the past hours indicating that she is sleepy but yet she refused to sleep.

I takes my late bath while Ken tries to soothe her to sleep. When I am done, Ken informs me that Ezel knows how to sit by herself. Coincidencely, Ezel is trying to sit again when Ken told me. Yes, she can sit on her own but not for long. She will fall back to her back or side. But definately she is learning to sit.

Oh, dear! She is learning to crawl and sit at the same time! Ken said that she is very clever as most of the babies will learns to sit first then only crawl. In Ezel's case, she can crawl then only learns to sit. Remarkable!

I am wondering if she can walk by the age of 11 or 12 months. My mother told me that I am able to walk independently when I am 11 months old! Since Ezel milestones are achieved great at the moment, will she be learning to walk in a month or two months time?

I hopefully for that since we bought her training walker quite early as well. She now knows how to move front and backward with that training walker. Hopefully she will learns to stand later on and walk.

Am I being so impatient? :P Guess this is what parenthood all about. :)

Keeps learning, Ezel!

Ezel Knows How to Crawl

Ken told me that Ezel knows how to crawl but not too stable yet. So, I keeps an eye and pays attention to her movement.

Finally, I caught her. She is crawling! Although it is not fast, she is learning. I can see her struggling to crawl and controlling her body. Her head will still keeps falling down as she still learning how to control.

She does feels frustrated and will cry / scream if she cannot make it. But later on, after few minutes, she will try again. Afterall, she is not giving up that easily.

Keep up, darling! :)

New Blog @ Blogger (www.blogspot.com)

I found out about this blog hosting when Andy Chee gave me his new blog link. Once I enter his blog, I feel the differences at once compare to his old blog at http://wewewawa.blogdrive.com. I like the look of his new blog. Since he is a programmer, I tought that he uses his skills to make such a nice blog. I praised him thru MSN and he actually told me that he used the template. Then, I realized that he changed his blog hosting site. I re-confirmed with him and he said yes.

So, here I am now with the new account at Blogger. I am so happy that this blog hosting is much better than the previous one at http://snoopychui.blogdrive.com/. The looks is much refreshing, user friendly and colourful as well and I agreed with Andy Chee on his comments. Then, I started to think that I need to move (copy and paste) my previous blog to here so that I have a complete blog to share with others. Only then, I realized that this new blog might not have the functions of the previous blog hosting; that is I can amend the date and time of the blog entry (posted date) as I am not that kind of person that blog on that day itself.

I tried to search for that function in this new blog..........and guess what! I found the function! I was relief that this new blog have this function (post time and date). Now I can move all my entries in my previous blog to this new blog (it may takes some time :=))

I need some time to configure this blog before letting my friends know about this blog.
Have a nice time reading my blog!

Ezel's Training Walker

Today we went to buy a training walker for Ezel since she refused to stay at her craddle for the past two weeks. Whenever we put her to the craddle, she will not stays long. She will move around and even be in the crawl position despite that I already secure her with the safety belt.

She is learning to crawl and sit now. Thus, she cannot stay in a place in long time. So, we have to buy her this training walker for her to sit and stregnhten up her legs muscles to prepare her for learning to walk later.

She is so happy in her training walker. Even better, the training walker has musics on whenever she press the buttons, which entertains her a lot.

Ezel's First Swimming Lesson in Awana Genting

We went to Genting Highland again with Ezel. But this time, we stayed at Awana Genting, which give us an opportunity to bring Ezel to swimming. I never though that Ezel's first swimming lesson would be in Awana Genting. :P

Initially, few months back, we never though bringing Ezel to Awana Genting as we planned to attend the Michael Learns to Rock (MLTR) concert. Since we cancelled that plan and the room was reserved back then, we bring Ezel to Awana Genting.

Just look at her, she is so happy although the swimming suit obviously still do not suit her. :P

Actually her swim trunk is very loose and almost fall off. Guess the swimming suit will only suit her in later time. This is the smallest size I can find in the market and according to the promoter, the swimming suit is for 6 months old baby onwards up to 1 year. Well, maybe my Ezel's size is not up to that standard size yet.

Ezel First Slap From Mummy

As usual, I feed Ezel to her favorite cereal. I gave her new favor tonight - Nestle Rice Cereal with Mixed Vegetables.

She been crying hungarily for a while and we did not entertain her as we are finishing our dinner just in a minute. After finishing my last spoon, I quickily make her cereal and feed her. She is very hungary and eats in a fast pace. Maybe it is due to the new taste as well. It is quite weird as the cereal smell like the seaweed we used to eat. Ezel seem happily tasting her cereals.

Then, on the half way thru her feeding, she starts to make some behaviour. She refused to open her mouth wide enough for me to feed her. Maybe she is 80% full. Since the cereal is still a lot, I patiently pamper her to eat. Then, out of suddenly, she make "boo" sound with her lips with her mouthful of cereal. The cereal is everywhere. I scolded her at first with a firm and fierce voice. She looks at me stunned.

In less than a minutes, she "boo" again. I am really angry and I slapped her cheek in a average moderate force. She stunned for a second while looking at me and started to cry loudly. Her big tears rolling down. I explained to her in firm voice that I told her to stop doing that before hand.

"Mummy told you not to do that just now, right? But you keeps doing it and make everywhere dirty. So Mummy beat your cheek. Stop crying now,"

Sounded harsh, huh? Ezel keeps crying and crying and Ken shoote her to stop. She stopped crying and her tears still lingering at her cheeks. She make her sad face and lips like :(. When I starts to feed her again with the leftover, she refused to open her mouth and stares at me. I passed over the bowl to Ken to feed since she is mad at me.

She opened her mouth and starts to eat. It seem that she really mad at me. Later on, when I take over again after a few minutes, she seem okay and nothing happened. She let me feeds her and even smile at me.

Baby is just so forgetful or very easily to be happy again. Sometimes I wish I am like them. *sigh*
