Wedding Dinner on 15 January 2006

Today is the wedding dinner at Spring Valley Chinese Restaurant, a restaurant under Tai Thong Group which located at Mid Valley Megamall.

As early as 3PM, Kristin, my make-up artist called up to inform that she is coming over to my house to make-up me. I quickly have my bath after she came. Then, I sat down in front of the mirror to let her tie my hair and make-up.

A little later, my bridemaids, Jane and Chin Chi and Winnie came and helps Kristin on her tasks. Ken was also busy arranging something else with his senior family members that came earlier. Later, Ken drives Steven over to our house before we settle to rush to the restaurant.

I gave Chin Chi, Winnie and Steven the table arrangement seats because they will go to the restarant earlier to arrange for the table arrangement as I wanted. Jane stayed and helped me with the gown and final touch-up as Kristin was home to prepare herself for the dinner.

We rushes to the restaurant as time is nearly 7.30PM after everything is settled. The wedding dinner start at 7.30PM as written in the wedding invitation card as some of the guests has arrived.

The table arrangement was well arranged by Chin Chi, Winnie and Steven.

Since the tea ceremony was not performed for the groom's side on 08 January 2006, we had a quick tea ceremony at the restaurant. It takes us a while to finally finished the tea ceremony which lastes about one hour.

The first dish was served at 8.30PM. Then, after the fourth dish, I am away from the dining table serving my friends with liquior. They been calling me since before the dinner start for the drinks. I dranked a lot and I am happy that my friends really celebrated this special moments of my life with me.

By the end of the dinner, I am really drunk but my mind still clear. The dinner ended at 10.30PM.

Here, I would like to take this opportunity to have a special thanks and appreciation to the following people. Without them, my wedding dinner would not be that smooth, joy and fun.
